Confidentiality Statement

Confidentiality in responses is extremely important to us. We do not collect emails in the google form, and emails with responses will be deleted immediately after they are recorded. Real names will not be published with responses unless clearly indicated in the fake name suggestion section. If no fake name is provided, simply "person" will fill the place of a name. Email us anytime at support@beautyofdivergence.org if a name change in the response is desired, even if it has already been published on this website.
